Friends of the Vox presents a festive Come and Sing Carols event with Orchestra, at the fabulous Colyer-Fergusson Hall at the Gulbenkian Arts Centre, University of Kent, Canterbury!
This unique event brings together keen singers to rehearse and perform standard, well-loved favourites alongside fresh, new settings of beloved carols arranged for choir and orchestra. This creative Come and Sing, led by Friends of the Vox's artistic advisor, James Meaders, and accompanist, Michael Higgins, will begin at 1:30 p.m. and will include rehearsal of a cappella carols, carols with piano, and carols with full orchestra. The day culminates with a 6:00 p.m. concert of all music rehearsed during the day.
Participant cost for the Come and Sing is £25 per person, £15 for under 18s, and free for carers, and should be booked via the link below.
